By continuing to access and/or use Unchecky following any update to this Unchecky Privacy Policy, you are indicating that you have read and agree to its updated terms and conditions.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to provide you with clarity about Reason Software Company Inc. ("our", “we” or “us”) practices with respect to the information we collect when you use Unchecky (as defined in the Unchecky End User License Agreement) and how we use it, so that you can make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using Unchecky. If you do not agree to our practices, please do not download and/or use Unchecky.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to Unchecky End User License Agreement (“EULA”). Your use of Unchecky and any information you provide on Unchecky or as part of it is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the EULA.

By downloading Unchecky and accepting this Privacy Policy and the EULA, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Access, Collection and Use of Information.

    Unchecky does NOT collect, transmit or disclose any information that would identify you personally, such as: your name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, etc. (“Personal Information”). Data accessed and/or collected by Unchecky in the course of its operation may include the following data: (i) Technical information including without limitation, your IP Address, the software you are currently installing, hardware setup and Operating System; and (ii) Date and time of launching and uninstalling Unckecky.

    If you send an email to our support center, we store your email in our database. We may use such email to improve our services and for other statistical purposes.

    We will not use your email address to send you commercial or marketing messages. In addition, we may use certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, browser type, etc.) to improve the quality of Unchecky and to add new features, functionality, and services to it.

  2. Sharing and Disclosure of Information.

    We do not rent, sell, or share your Personal Information with any third-parties. We may share and disclose Personal Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with the law, or respond to a court order, subpoena, or where in our reasonable belief, or to protect the rights, or personal safety of our users or others. We also reserve the right to disclose Personal Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that we believe is appropriate or necessary to enforce our EULA, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, or to assist government enforcement agencies.

    We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to perform, improve, maintain or support Unchecky; these third party service providers’ services may include analytical services, customer support, or hosting services. We will always require these third parties to take appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information and to adhere to all applicable legislation.

    We currently use the following third party service providers: (i) User Echo LLC. to better provide customer support.     If we use additional third party service providers in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to include the description of their services and any additional pertinent information on them.

    We will not share your Personal Information other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

  3. Change or Removal of Information.

    We understand that there may come a time that you may want to uninstall Unchecky. Therefore, if you wish to have us delete any email correspondence between you and us with respect to Unchecky, please send us an email to unchecky.com/contact and we do so within 30 days.

  4. Children's Privacy.

    Protecting the privacy of young children is important to us, and as a rule, we encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to ensure that no information is collected from a child without parental permission. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifiable information or non-personally-identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age that use Unchecky, and no part of Unchecky is directed to or intended to be used by persons under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use Unchecky or access the Unchecky Website at any time or in any manner.

  5. Security.

    We use commercially reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information. However, using Internet or Wi-Fi transmission and/or deploying any method of electronic storage is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will not occur. Any information you transmit to us is submitted at your own risk. If we learn of a security breach in our servers, we will use reasonably commercial effort to provide you with electronic notice so that you can take appropriate protective steps, or we may post a notice on the Unchecky Website.

  6. Corporate Transitions.

    In the event that we undergo any business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets (“Corporate Action”), we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information we have collected from you and other users of Unchecky. As part of a Corporate Action the new entity will be required to commit to the same level of protection of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. We will post a notice on the Unchecky Website of any such change in ownership or control of the Personal Information we may have prior to such transfer or notify you by email. Please note that if we go through bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or any similar transaction, we may not be able to control how your information is treated, transferred, or used.

  7. Updates.

    We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, with or without notice to you. If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Unchecky Website, and will update the “Effective Date” above. You agree to review this Privacy Policy periodically so that you are aware of any updates. Your continued use of Unchecky following an update to this Privacy Policy indicates your consent to any changes and signifies your agreement to the terms of our updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any update or modification, you should uninstall Unchecky or cease using it.
